In this episode, they tell us what their least favorite ingredients are and then have a meal prepared for them featuring that ingredient. Flufferz626: These chefs are kinda insulting and ungrateful. Sorry. I don't like bake sweet potato nor most forms of sweet potatoes. But I have had family members and chefs help me enjoy. I wasn't as ungrateful as many of these people. I think like myself they should've been introduced to the dish before being told the main ingredient. They were informed and like when your about to vomit you have your acidic salivating change your taste buds before they tasted one bite.

not exactly the best way to serve a century egg to the people who dislike it though - the secret is to cook them, real hard, if you want to lessen the smell of ammonia, there's one cantonese recipe that boil a century egg with salted egg and normal egg over a spinach, I think that will make for a lot more convincing argument for people who dislike this

Please do an episode promoting food that is often waisted e. g. How we mainly eat lamb and chicken, but not sheep or hen Or how in a lot of countries they eat a lot of goats-milk products, but not the goat it self. Eating goat, hen and sheep can be a more sustainable way of eating meat +eating the entire animal.

As you can probably imagine, we are a very nosey group. Could you do an episode that introduces all the other members of the BA Test Kitchen that we see but never have in a production. I keep seeing many of the same faces but have no idea who they are. Okay, I've admitted to being nosey, give me a break.

How can anyone strongly dislike lamb? Also i love to see Gaby cook I think if they were to do this again they should match people who like the other's dislike and they make the food together (i. e lamb with sezchuan peppercorns, goats cheese with peppers etc)

GREEN BELL PEPPER PESTO2 roasted Green pepper, 6 grilled cloves of garlic, 2 grilled jalapenos, bunch of chipped cilantro, juice of 2 limes, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Blended in food processor until cream. Add more salt and black pepper to taste.

Me after reading the title of this vid: Were going to see Molly eat chocolate and Priya eat egg yolksBA: Did you know yolk hating Priya likes black century eggs? Not knocking century eggs. I personally love the heck out of them.

ok you gotta cook the century egg with your rice to make congee. also, some pickled ginger would definitely help balance out the weird taste of the century egg. just pair the egg with congee won't make it taste much better.

im a really picky eater but as soon as i make a dish myself, im willing to try it. its not that im a fantastic cook, its just that i like knowing whats in and how my food is made (and omitting ingredients i dont like.

I liked the way Priya presented the century egg by pairing it with congee, since the egg is usually salty and it pairs well with congee and silken tofu and usually added with something sweet, like sweet soy sauce
