I believe that bagels originated in the 1600s I think 1680s after the siege of Vienna where the Polish Winged hussars routed an army of Ottoman Janissaries. The polish king Jan Sobieski was gifted a food made by a baker of the city which was a bread in a round shape with a hole in the center. Also obligatory Sabaton reference THEN THE WINGED HUSSARS ARRIVED, COMING DOWN THEY TURNED THE TIDE

I want pop corners. I dont know how they make those (and Im not watching those how to make videos unless its here with claire. I also want like 2-3 of the popcorner chips to be smooth cuz I was totally shocked when I ate a couple of those-it was a fun surprise. And I like the texture and flavors so why not

WOW Really seems like the Oreida company dropped the ball on this snack, and just kinda 'phoned it in' if you catch my drift. Claire's Bagel Bites are HEAD AND SHOULDERS above the original I guess when you're comparing good food to GARBAGE it's not hard to beat the original.

Would you guys add time stamps for the time of day that Claire is working? It'd be interesting to know how many hours in a day get devoted to this but also i get stressed out when the sun sets and i hope Claire and the team aren't working super late.

Her reactions to criticism has really turned me off this series as a whole. She works in a test kitchen but cant take feedback like an adult. Its really annoying how much she thrives on validation and how much she shuts down with any sort of critique.

Bon Appetit How about instead of recreating gourmet makes of products that are currently out on the market, try for items that have been off? Theres so many discontinued foods that Im sure would bring back nostalgia for the masses.

Idk why but I got soooo irritated when they made her redo the bagel recipe. Like everyone agrees the original bagel bites are terrible and everyone wants a crusty pizza, SO WHY WERE PERFECT CRUSTY BAGELS A PROBLEM?

This is honestly bittersweet because Im happy that Claire didnt take so long to do them and didnt have a mental breakdown in the midst of it all, but Im also really sad that this video is kind of short.
