In this episode, they make their favorite cocktails Bon: We published a version of this episode earlier today containing a scene that showed several Test Kitchen chefs drinking from the same vessel in close proximity. While this video was filmed in January, we recognize that it may be not be appropriate given the current events. Weve updated the video to reflect that.

Delany and Christina are the only ones I would trust to get behind a bar based on this video. Props to Andy for highlighting Mezcal. Someone please tell Amiel to shave his mustache and that drinken isn't a word. Also, shame on so many of you for not measuring your pours and for using bacardi products.

I already liked Sohla. but when she used a sugar cube in her Old Fashioned, I am now convinced she is my BA crush. As a bartender, I'd much rather use sugar cubes in OF's than simple syrup. it's just better overall, tbh. But Rye instead of Bourbon? That was a little heartbreaking, haha.

Chris coming in with my favorite. A perfect, simple, margarita. Right now I do prefer 2 oz tequila, 1. 5 oz, Cointreau, 1 oz lime, though i always seem to play a bit with those ratios. Also Triple Sec can be used instead of the more expensive and higher proof Cointreau.

Cream of coconut=sweetened coconut cream (often tastes somewhat artificial, that's not always a downside, coconut butter=shredded coconut blended to a paste, maybe salted, sweetened, or otherwise seasoned. They're all different

Christina coming with the Suze Never thought I'd see someone use it to do cocktails. Back in Switzerland we just drink it mixed with lemonade, water or even milk Thanks for the new way of using Suze, gotta give it a try

The Pina Colada is my favorite drink and when I was drinking alcoholic beverages it was the one I would order all the time at the clubs when in the Air Force. My second favorite was the Harvey Wallbanger drink.

When I get a margarita, I try to get the glass rimmed with Tajin instead of the standard salt. adds a little kick in my opinion with the grounded chile peppers besides having salt in it already.

I'm French and I always thought that alcohol such as Suze or Cointreau were just bottles that a old countryman would have in his kitchen, but seeing those chefs using them changed my mind
