I think it'd be easier if you put the filling into the cups first to mold them into patties, take them out, melt all your chocoalte and pour it into the cups until the bottom is covered, put the filling in and then cover with the remaining chocolate. That way you only have to melt chocolate once, you don't need to brush it up the sides and the edges will be nice and even: )

Aw dang I thought this was my own original creation LOL I just ended up putting melted chocolate on a cupcake liner and cooling it and putting the biscoff in it and then putting chocolate on top and putting that in the fridge too. a bit more basic and probably doesn't taste as nice to be honest

one of the reasons I think Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are so good is because of the combo of salty and sweet. Would it work with the biscuit spread too or would that just be weird? I've never tasted it. Not sure if I can get a hold of it where I live either. Maybe in a bigger city.

I just found out about the Biscoff spread and I love it on sandwiches I have purchased the cookies for years and put it in cookies and they go like hot cakes I am glad to have this recipe and now a bunch more possibilities have come to mind Thanks JemmaIrish Jilli
