I made them, they had hints of flour in them that I dusted to roll them, when I took a bite I could taste the flour which wasn't mixed in anything and white thing ( the flour) on top. Tell me what was wrong I did and the other thing was that I was rolling it was sticky to my rolling pin so much and when i floured my surface a bit more and then transferred it to my baking sheet I was seeing some flour on the top and when it was baked the still had that taste of the flour, please help me to sort this thing out.

I just made them and completely failed: ( I think I made a mistake when I weighed the flour and I put way too much, so the dough was completely dry. Then I tried to save it by adding some milk. Now that they are out of the oven, they look half baked inside and chewy and kind of hard on the outside. They also have all the flour on them, so they look unbaked or like i've sprinkled them with icing sugar (I don't care, I'm gonna eat them anyway)

Hi Jemma, I'm an avid follower. But today I'm really here to ask for your help. I don't know if u are already doing so, but please please use ur notoriety to help the helpless animals around the world, especially the dogs being killed each year for the Yulin Dog Eating Festival. Use your influence to get the Chinese government to ban such barbaric & inhumane practice for the sake of our best friends of this earth. #YulinIsEverywhere

I have just tried your recipe and the cookies turned out yummy I used less sugar(135g) & it tastes amazing, not too sweet, very chocolatey. But I have 1 question: Are these cookies supposed to be soft? Cause mine are really soft. I do like soft cookies, but I'd prefer it to be a little bit crunchier. Btw, thank you for such an amazing recipe, Jemma

God They look so yummy. I'm definitely going to make Christmas themed cookies with my 3. 5 daughter Alice. Looks like a recipe she can definitely help with from beginning to end. :) thanks so much, Jemma. I've been trying recipe after recipe but my cookies always spread so badly that my gingerbread men look obese

I just made these, I did a Vanilla Version (Used 250 grams of flour instead of cocoa Powder and only 220 grams of flour, plus a little more vanilla extract) and they turned out really great. Slightly soft in the middle and soooo yummy Thanks for the great recipe
