These look so good and yummy! One question, tho. I've had trouble finding active-dry yeast (only found in a specialized store for bakeries, so it was like a two kilogram pack O_o and I'm only planning to make for two, but instant yeast on the other hand is pretty easy to find everywhere. Can I make this with instant yeast? Is there something I would have to change in the preparation?

I meant to say: 'Look at what my hands are doing not what my mouth is saying! '. I do that on so many vids that are not in English. You can learn a lot by watching a talented teacher/chef. Hope you have a great Thanksgiving and all the best to you and those you love.

I'm so making those rolls for Thanksgiving. Daisy is so adorable. I loved the vid when she was a hot dog. She looks like a pitbull and if so, is another example of how they can be the sweetest most gentle dogs on the planet. More Daisy videos!

So funny we had this discussion on our Friday night hangout about biscuits and rolls. Who doesn't like the ones that mom made? One skill I need to learn, especially when out in the backcountry hiking. Good comfort food.

If yeast is kept in the fridge in its original pack and in a ziplock baggy, it should keep indefinitely, I tested some yeast that was 4 years old from my fridge, and it was as fresh as first purchased

These look delicious but all those steps look exhausting, I can't say that I wouldn't stick to the pre-made dough from a tube or the bags from the bakery.
Interesting to watch though. =)

I love this! Thank you for this video. All the videos I've seen have always used a dough hook, and I love kneading by hand, but I've not seen one that does a good job explaining good technique.
