Brothers Ronny and Willy Ng opened Koi Palace in Daly City, CA in 1996, and have since opened 11 restaurants with six more on the way this year. With dishes like espresso coffee ribs, a whole roast suckling pig, and eight different king crab dishes, it has become a landmark of Cantonese cuisine.
Paws: Thumbs up, but gotta say I was eating when watching the video, and had to stop several times cause the sight of how these poor sea creatures are treated is nauseating T_T Chinese cuisine is for some reason especially harsh to animals, throwing them around as if they are a sack of wood and don't feel anything.
