This women-dominated cannery produces 30, 000 tins of sardines daily, which they ship to over 60 countries. I really don't like the idea that traditional food that is being mass produced(canned sardines are modern)that it has to be done by hand literally cutting the fish by hand doesn't change flavor or add anything one thing for sure is inefficiency

everything's done by hand talk about slave labor so these ladies get paid by the can or by the hour oh yeah the owners of the factories make the most money just like any other industry that use economic slaves that are poor thinking they are free because they get a paycheck.

We're the only ones who still doing it by hand, WHY! If there's an option to cut in production const, do it. I watched the video n i bet that u can machinez the same process
