i read about the worms and they say its rare. but yet there are people and in 1 world countries that get worms that eat your brains. also even if theres no risk, there not good for you esp all the nitrates and nitrites they add to pork is bad for you. look how crappy bacon is in us its all fat. look at it in other countries it actually has more meat then fat. me i dont eat that stuff much anymore. so many other healthy types of meats that arent going to help you get fat and unhealthy. they also roll in their own crap and just cause it taste good, doesnt mean its good for you. the crap we eat in the us, no wonder why we have the highest diabetes, cancer, autism etc. well some of that has to do with bpa plastic, un safe levels of mercury in high fructose corn syrup products and fluoride that harvard says lowers iq and hitler gave the jews it. theres a reason why the us food sucks, its the only nation the stands in the way of them getting a nwo aka new world order aka novus ordro seclorum. but it wont be to much longer before they make us get rfid chips. then kill the dollar and make a world currency thats digital on the rfid chip. oh and notice how even people in their 50's look so old in the us. look at other countries that eat more healthy an non processed food. even some americans that watch what they eat. theres a doctor guy that look like hes in his twenties early thirties and hes over 50. thats just one example.

i do like the taste of medium pork, but when i prepare i usually use a leaner cut. i get my meat from a relative that has a really all inclusive farm (pork, beef, lamb, chicken and turkey) and i also smoke it myself. the best way to prepare pork medium is to use lean cuts of 3 day smoked pork. this leaves the inside juicy, but the smokey flavor penetrates it all the way trough, and it also dries out the first half a milimeter of the meat which turns into a fantastic color when seared and gives it crunch. using the smoked method you can even shoot for medium rare, as it is safer to eat smoked meat.

I can't do it. either fully cured with salt/smoked or well done. I'm not eating worms to try a medium pork steak, when I could just buy a real beef steak. Miss me with the worm stuff, 3 types of worms mind you. They say they're corn fed now! So why is the pig farm in Vegas still taking rotten buffet food and feeding it to pigs? rotten food you thru away, festering, re-cooked and given to a pig that you eat. Cows don't do this or chickens.

I'm waiting for restaurants to serve all meat raw, meaning they should be super clean in their kitchen and serve eveything superfresh. Samonella is found in almost every humangut. It's just about how healthy you are and eat. How much of the bacteria there are. If you have overgrowth it can cause toxic problems. But I see 'weirdos' eat raw meat (chicken, beef) for years and nothing really happens. While vegans only show a lot of aging.

Pork well-done is almost inedible. 50 years ago, pigs in a piggery were fed slop. Slop was any kitchen leftovers and discarded fragments that would make the pigs fat. inadvertently, it would also make the pork more susceptible to disease if not cooked thoroughly. Today, pigs are bred with highly-controlled diets which produce a very tasty product cooked to medium doneness.

Nahhhh, Id rather cook my pork thoroughly than chance getting some bacteria or tapeworms from the meat. Its not that the animal is dirtier than, say cows or chickens, but their meat is more susceptible to these kinds of things, hence why it was regulated. It HAS decreased since they first instilled it, but why chance it?

Depopulation. they're trying to make ppl sick. I doubt that less cooked pork is that good to risk your health. Pigs don't even sweat out their toxins and the less you cook pork the greater chances you are consuming those toxins. That's why religious ppl don't go near the pig.

I love pork steak. Grilled over charcoal? With some barbecue sauce? That fat. charred? YUMMO! An extremely flavorful cut of meat. Not a huge fan of it medium, though. A little bit underdone? Sure. but I couldn't do medium. It would have to be really high quality meat.

I wouldnt even attemp to eat a pork steak with marbling that thick. I almost had a stroke from eating marbled pork. Hypoxia kicks in, blurred vision, blood drops, mind blank out, skin pale out, hands shivers, legs noodles up, then the scary part is when you pass out.

I don't know why I reply to these people that like to shit on the hosts. Is this a new fad? It's genuinely confusing. Nick is a badass host with good insight on his topic. Maybe it's because I actually come here for the food, not to judge the video.
