Its a have-to-try-before-you-die kind of meal, with awards and accolades from competitions all over the world but its best enjoyed on the side of the road in a plastic chair. On this episode of Open Road, Bricia and Fernando Lopez the brother and sister team from the family behind Los Angeles Restaurante Guelaguetza make their next road trip pitstop in Ensenada to sample some of the best ceviche in Mexico

how they describe the food: 'that's perfection right there''the acidity is absolutely perfect''perfect acidity, the lime, the salt. it's so simple''the crispiness and the crunchiness of the peanut''this is what insert food here tastes like''the simplicity the rawness''the salsas are unlike anything else''added depth of flavor'COME ON IT'S BEEN 5 EPISODES AND TONS OF SUGGESTIONS AND YOU STILL DESCRIBE THE FOOD LIKE YOU ARE DOING A TASTE TEST FOR BUZZFEED

Mexico has 0 enforced health and food safety laws or education. People that are not from poorly managed societies should NEVER eat street food in mexico. It is easily a 40% chance your taco is made out of street dog and that cloth he wiping his board with hasnt been washed in a week. I have lived down here for 5 years now, it is the cold hard truth, Mexico has 0 respect for their food or their drinking water.

All of these Mexican places look delicious, don't care about the dislikes or the critiquing of the hosts. they've brought me to all these places when before I didn't like Mexican cuisine (when i lived on the west coast. Now i want to travel there to try all this delish food.

This comment section is poison. I've wanted to eat at Guerrerense since I've seen it on No Reservations. Epic food. Quit whining prudes and respect her for her skill. She's legendary.

Ensenada is not little at all, put respect on it. It used to be the capital of Baja California and before its economy took a downward spiral it was a seafood megaport.

This place was on my bucket list. It was worth the wait. I've been back to back years. The owner is the nicest person I've ever met. Viva Mexico.

One advice: Don't put your hands into your pockets when interviewing people. Makes the whole scene very awkward and gives a not natural vibe.

Eater viewers are some of the most critical and hard to please, so whiny and pretentious. If you don't like the content just stop watching lol
