The platonic density of this video is quite profound. I really enjoyed the supple, concussive heat of the food. I would have liked it more though if there was a more tangy and rich creaminess to the mouth feel of the food.

I must be the only one who enjoys his vocabulary and his descriptions of the food. Really paints a picture when you can't actually taste it. That being said, he should learn what some of the words that he uses mean.

Someone please link me to a video where the phrase platonic density is uttered. The hate on Nick has probably gone too far, but I look forward to the trolling comments on every video.

Platonic ideal. Quintessential. Milliard reactions. Profound. Funky. Tangy notes. Coating entire palette. Ethereal aromatics. Supple. Concussive. Prototypical ideal. (Burp)

Deserve
Not sure why this particular restaurant is so revered apparently. Everything that was showcased looked rather shit. Basic marinated veal or undercooked porkcheeks.

One of my favorite ramen restaurants in San Jose played Japanese punk rock super loud to keep the cooks pumped up. Loved the music. Food was pretty good too.

Chef starts swearing at him, so he starts swearing as well, you could tell he's the sort of guy who wanted to be part of the 'in crowd' when he was young

this is easily one of the most interesting restaurants I've seen on The Meat Show. That lamb offal flat bread made me want to buy a ticket to London.
