If you hang out in Jamaica long enough you will find that Korean is part of the Jamaican fusion in culture and cuisine (along with cantonese/hakka, Indian, european etc) so this isnt foreign to Jamaica. I remember going into a Jamaican bakery by Eastern Parkway in and talking in patois the Korean chica behind the counter.
