The featured guy is awesome but the video doesn't do much in the way of making me feel that restaurant valet service is essential. Normally Eater fans would be jumping all over this kind of screw up.

Good video Eater, may I just suggest the adding of either subtitles or closed captioning for those who may not be able to understand the accent (non native speakers etc)

Being from Britain, I never understood a parking valet service. How much of a rush is everybody in that they don't have time to park their car before eating?
