Nick I'm getting impatient and having withdrawal. It is 1am and I am rewatching all your old videos. Where are you? Are you ok? Are you hurt? Did someone hurt you Nick? If your ok then please in the next video Eater uploads whisper umami or one of you other iconic catch phrases in the last 30 seconds of that video so we know your safe. Please Nick we miss you and only your elegant mouth was capable of handling such a large amount of meat as gracefully as you did. xoxo -Concerned fan

What a profoundly concussive episode on a sandwich that represents the platonic ideal of the beef animal. What really makes rye the perfect choice of bread here though is the ethereal aromatics brought about by the intense maillard reaction. A truly quintessential food object.

Oh god, starting off with the video that some of his most angry comments lol smooth. He talks like even more of a raging douche than usual in one, it's even where I learned he was a skinhead!

Love Nick Solares! His ability to articulate taste never ceases to amaze me. I really need to compile a list of everywhere Nick Solares recommends and dine at every one of the them.

This is not some hamburger from the state fair, or was cooked in someone's kitchen in antiquity. Always an interesting description from Nick!
