We went there this January, ate some food, and were humbly disappointed. We politely spoke with a manager about multiple food choices having improper temps such as cold spaghetti, dry asian foods, burnt rice where they have the taco stand, etc. She was polite and said she would have someone look into the temps. So we sat there and watched the italian and taco bar from our seat and no one ever came and checked the rice nor pastas. Then the funniest thing happened, a crab leg ended up on the floor, and was kicked around by wait staff, the very manager we spoke to not only kicked and stepped on it multiple occasions, but she looked at it! It was eventually joined by a bred roll and a glazed potatoe (honestly those were awesome) And even when we left the crab leg had been moved almost 8 feet away. We did a post on it on Yelp in january I believe it was the 12th or 14th (cross country trip) But yeah, for the money it was a major let down, and the quality was on par with say a hometown or a golden corral. Oh. And don't let their free drink k for a Yelp review fool you into giving a good review off the bat. The desert station though. I hate deserts but those were some damn good treats!

I went to Bacchanal every time I go to Vegas once a year since 2013, it was the best buffet, but I see it continuously to get worse each year, like the Ginseng chicken soup, it went from being serve in individual clay pot to in a big stock pot to not being offer at all, and they also lie about the menu, like they will say they have king crab on the menu in front of the line, and when you get in there's only snow crab, when we ask our server they either say it's sold out or flat out lie about they're the same thing. It's still the best buffet in Vegas if you're not counting Sterling Brunch, but sometimes I have to ask myself if the price and wait really worth it. Right now I find myself enjoy Aria's buffet a lot more than Bacchanal.

What would be wrong to have a little Sushi Island in the buffet area? That rice Chef doesn't look disfigured, he can smile, it would be novel, to have someone from the kitchen among the guests, so a guest walks up to the sushi bar, looks at a selection freshly made, orders which ones they want, give their table location, and a person brings their order, as the sushi chef prepares his customized and personalized order, never dry!

While on holiday from New Zealand we visited this buffet to see what the hype was about and I tell you this was the best buffet I have ever been too my family loves buffets and being from New Zealand we have some good food so my expectations were high and they delivered the best! my favourite was the smoked brisket next time I come to Las Vegas I'm bringing my family here. Mexicans are the back bone of usa if these amazing people were to go on strike america will crumble on itself they do eveything from construction to restaurants and they even are in the us army it is for me incredible that trump has insulted them. I live in europe but each time i see people working hard in the us on tv or on internet they are mexicans. I have nothing but respect for these people.

My local buffet is falling apart and it's so sad. They used to be a thriving buffet and had multiple customers lining up to eat on the daily. Now they're a B health grade and are falling apart due to new management. This goes to show what one person can do to a whole sfaff.

I have never found better ingredients to be worth the price. Maybe that's because you need fresh ingredients, and typically, those are what are in season and abundant, which drives down the cost. And of course meat doesn't count, it's not food for humans.

They can't be perfect, that's impossible. But I believe they can reach 9. 9/10 which is good. I guess her desire to reach 10 must be painful for her staff, hopefully not but she seems too annoyingly paranoic with her own imagination.

I love that this woman strives for excellence, and doesn't settle for mediocre. The fact that she actually takes the Yelp reviews that are less than 5 stars and tries to fix the issues that caused them is amazing.

This is the best buffet I have been to in my life everything is so fresh everything tastes amazing. I would hate for it to remain closed after vegas reopens I definitely plan to go back it is worth every cent.
