I'm no professional writer/editor but the title sounds kinda bad. using the appositive here draws out the verb so much which means it takes longer for me to understand what is happening to the taiyaki. Given the average audience member has so much selection on youtube, it's important to grab peoples' attention as quickly as possible. The drawn out title I think causes people to lose attention. I specifically clicked on this video to see if anyone else thought the same but unfortunately I don't see any similar comments. Anyway, I'd be interested to hear what other people think.

I was there recently this past November! It was so good that we went twice. Both Mr. Yoshino and his wife and super lovely and kind. The taiyaki is the best, the right amount of crispy to chewy and the red bean not too smooth, not too chunky and just the right amount of sweetness.

MY HEART BROKE WHEN HE MENTIONED HIS SON NOT HELPING ANYMORE. OMG. Adopt me! I'd be honored to run such a beautiful little shop! I adore taiyaki and already want to make and sell them in my own store here in the states. being an apprentice to such a place would be perfect. ..

Just had his Taiyaki last week whilst in Asakusa! Really flippin' good. But to be honest, all of the Taiyaki spots in Asakusa were really flippin' good. You can't stay in business if you serve a bad product in that area. Too much competition.

To his son, please come back and help him make taiyaki. I am concerned about his conditions. Hand baking is hard, I can tell you much. Traditionally baked pastries are delicious. Im sad if one day the tradition dies along with the generation

I never knew the name of it cause I would buy it at the Asian convenience store. However, it had vanilla ice cream with the red bean paste. Very delicious. Hope one day I could eat a real Taiyaki

I used to enjoy cartoons my niece and nephew watched, a Japanese cartoon with the star being a red bean cake. The memory of the name, and the song dance around my subconscience, just out of reach.

Japanese are good at making things seem complex and overly complicated. Its a great marketing scheme that attracts westerners thinking there is a special allure to everything made in Japan.

I remember taking a photo of this store with the owner after paolo did a video on him. Glad he has blown up. Love the appreciation for the importance he puts in the tradition of his craft!
