9: 47 I know it's just my opinion but you literally ruined that steak that was such a beautiful piece of meat you didn't need to do anything but put salt in a little pepper I had no problem with him smoking it but you don't need the spice rub with all that extra crap nor a peppercorn sauce

probably the first eater video where I've felt like they're just straight up wrong. this dude claims there is no bbq scene in LA? did he just move there? also why is he dousing good meat in mediocre sauces, very strange dude with a even stranger ideas.

A good cut of meat only needs salt and pepper. You dont want to smoke wagyu either in my opinion. sear it in high heat then oven to a med rare. No sauce either. Just my opinion

I'm constantly curious why americans see the need to season so much the meats, i get a litte of salt and pepper, but if it's a good product there own flavor would come trough.

First eater video that did not make me crave the food. Don't know what it is but it all just seemed a tiny bit off and not at the level of the other BBQ joints.

The OZ wagyu steak, which I have had many times living here in Asia does not need that pepper sauce which mask the beauty. Let the meat shine.
