Your recipes look truly amazing and you were absolultely right about not over mixing the butter, sugar and eggs when making cakes, I mean seriously, I just did a cake (not this one because I don't have cream cheese right now) and didn't over mix this time and it got out super flat and nice! I truly need to make your coconut recipe as well as soon as I get the ingredients since I am a cheap bastard when using my ingredients but I think it will be worth it just by the look of it.

Hi Emma. May you answer me the question if I can use this frosting even for a fondant covered cake? --My son want me to make a lemon cake for his 5th birthday and I wanted to use this recipe of yours for a 3D cake. -Or would you recommend something else for that purpose? --Thank you in advance, best regards and greetings from germany!

I made this cake, but skipped the frosting. Instead I made a syrup with three tbs of sugar, four tbs of water and around four tbs of lemon juice. I baked it in a loaf tin, poked holes in the cake and spooned the syrup over. Delicious. And so moist! The oil really works. Thanks, Emma.

Happy Thanksgiving all! I'M about to make this cake without the lemon cello. I have to ask did I read the recipe right does it call for 17 of of cream cheese? Because it doesn't look like that much in the video. I know you're busy but give me a quick word please! Thank you!

Love this cake. love you too with your outfit like a sweet lemon tart, your a darling. Definitely going to make this, but riddle me this, if I don't find 3 BIG lemons(we don't get the big ones in our local grocery stores) how many of the little ones can I use for the zest?

Hi Emma. I would like to try this frosting in cupcakes. It looks delicious. For how many cupcakes do you think it's good for? How many days it could last in my refrigerator? Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. :)
