OMG EMMA HIII how have you been Missed u so much! I've made ur hot chocolate and microw mug cakes so many times over the holidays that I've lost count! I made ur chocolate mug cake for my dad's birthday and he absolutely loved it! I've been making loads of it lately, it's so good!

Thank you so much for using a dinner plate to cover your dough (instead of plastic wrap. Our planet is already overflowing with plastic, and a dinner plate is so easy to use. A pot lid also works well. Nothing extra to purchase, nothing to discard.

What blend of flour would you recommend
Im from germany with the mineral type flour classification. What number would be whole weat and which number white bread flour
On the blog there isnt much stated in the flour section

Good morning, Emma. Question: is folding every 30 minutes a hard rule or can I wait an hour to fold Or, will this result in over proofing the dough Enjoying no knead bread recipe series. Thank you.

Thanks Emma - 1. 5 cups of bread flour 1. 5 cups of whole wheat flour only weighs 350 grams - should it total 420 grams to match the typo 1 flour Seems like the hydration would be too high otherwise.

Do you have any hints for a bread that seems done, is over 210F internally, but is still a bit gooey when cut open two hours later
