Nice recipe. I tried it. Loved the taste and it's not too sweet. Found I did not have to fill my muffin liners all the way to the top to get 12 muffins. About 1/2 to 3/4 way was just right and enough for 12 muffins. Filling them right all the way to the top made 6 muffins and they were huge and oversized when they got done although cooked through. -Just a tip for anyone who needs more info on this-. I might have to double the recipe in future or maybe my muffin liners were waaaayy too big? Who knows. Anyway it was interesting to see. Nice recipe! - Enjoyed it.

Those look really awesome, Emma - the regular, and the ones stuffed with Nutella! If you wanted to stuff with other -liquid- things, would the same trick you used with the Nutella work, do you think? That is, putting frozen pieces in before baking? I'm thinking of things like ganache and salted caramel.

I was wondering will there be any negative effect in the result if i add oil instead of butter? i have a brownie recipe which says to add melted butter but i add oil instead and it turns out pretty great so i thought if it will work here as well. If not, thats just fine. No prob with it--

This is my go to chocolate muffins cos they're light and not too sweet. I made this earlier. Made half plain chocolate, the other half I added one large ripe mashed banana and made a choco banana muffin with this batter! I had one ripe banana I didn't want to throw away. -

Just made these muffins. They taste absolutely delicious, though some of them came out a bit misshapen unfortunately (meaning some muffintops grew. sideways xD. I'd really love to know how that happened?

These look so amazing! Do you by any chance have a video on how to make vanilla cupcakes stuffed with a gooey cream cheese frosting in the center, like these nutella cupcakes, though? ---Love from Texas, America!
