Learn how to make soft pretzels from scratch! This pretzel recipe contains milk and butter, which give these pretzels great flavor and a wonderful soft texture! Pretzels recipe 280 gr All Purpose Flour 30 gr Sugar 7 gr Dry Yeast 3/4 tsp Salt 100 gr Warm Water 50 gr Warm Milk 20 gr Butter Let the dough rise for about 12 hours. It just needs to double in size. Butter for when they come out of the oven. Water Bath: Around 1 liter and a half of Hot Water ( You don't have to weigh it) 60 gr Baking Soda

I have never had an Auntie's pretzel, but love soft pretzels. especially with a water ice or gelato and ice cream and dipped in chocolate, melted cheddar cheese or with mustard or pretzel dough wrapped around a hot dog or. I am having a meltdown: ) Grazie belissimo. xo

Just made these and they came out great! They're fluffier than Auntie Anne's! Only thing I'd change is to add an extra tbsp of sugar because I personally really like the contrast between a sweeter pretzel dough and the salt.

Just made these for my granddaughters. They were spot on. The whole house started to smell like the food court at the mall. If anything, these are even better as they were even puffier and lighter.

Hi Emma- those pretzels looks dashing---. unfortunately where I live pretzels are not found in any bakeries-. so I haven't tasted them yet. but I think they taste very good after seeing this-.

I have yet to see a video (recipe) of yours that I didn't like. I have never been interested in baking bread because of the yeast process, but I will definitely be making these very soon -

I'll take three please. I'm trying to imagine all the different ways I'd to try them and what shapes to make. OH MAH GAWD! Thinking of that made me think of using this dough as pizza dough.
