Easy Chocolate Ice Cream Bars Recipe! How to make ice cream bars with just 3 basic ingredients! Chocolate ice cream bars, makes 6-8 servings: - 500g Heavy Cream ( 2 cups + 2 tbsp) - 350g (12. 5 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk OR 150g Fine Sugar (3/4 cup) - 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla - 1/8 tsp Salt PLEASE READ: DO NOT cut the condensed milk/sugar! For best results use cream and condensed milk. You can substitute the cream for whole milk but as mentioned in the video, these won't have a creamsicle texture and flavor. If you're using the no mold method, line the bottom of your tray with parchment paper and cover well before putting the tray in the freezer. Enjoy! Chocolate Shell: - 300 gr Sweetened Chocolate ( 11 ounces) - 3 tbsp Coconut Oil - Chopped Salted Peanuts ( Optional )

Man, your recipes make me wanna do theeemmm! Unfortunately we're in quarantine and the walking distance convenience store we buy groceries from doesn't have some of the ingredients, maybe they did but we're not their only customers - man once we shift to gcq i hope we can buy groceries from the supermarket at the 'mall', but idk how since public transportation wouldn't be available. It's nice to have a tray of eggs tho, we get ours delivered (sort of, we buy from the sari sari store and they have the eggs delivered. Man sorry for saying all that at the moment i was typing it seemed relevant but now i dont think so hahaha, i dont wanna go back to erase it so meh XD

The first time I tried these I didn't have an ice cream. mold or pan so they came out like pancake creamsicles lol. The taste was there but not the shape. I tried making it again and had gotten creamsicles molds and they turned out perfect! My husband said they are the best creamsicles he gas ever had and wants me to. keep. mKing them, thanks Emma!

I have the bars in my silicone mold; they aren-t releasing easily. Should I have sprayed the inside of the molds with a cooking spray before filling? I made a second batch without the mold and am hoping that comes out better

This looks amazing! But I have a question. How long do we put in the icecream at the beginning? I know you said put it in until it's frozen, but I want to know about how long I should put it in the freezer for

Made these without a mold or popsicles since I didn't have the sticks. --Poured the melted chocolae with peanut butter on to a bed of peanuts and then the ice cream--Loved it.

What do you mean by -do not cut the condensed milk/sugar-, in the Please Read section? You DID cut the condensed milk after removing from freezer to cut them into bars lol!

Hi Emma! I-m looking for a recipe that used a LOT of milk because i have so much, if you could find one for me or any other commenters that would be great, thanks!

Can I ask what heavy cream you used? I tried googling a heavy cream and it gives me -whipping cream- and I'm really not sure. Thanks! And I love your videos --
