Youre like an angel Emma: ) i have a question about your vanilla cake- do you think swapping sunflower oil (is it flavourless? haha) for the coconut oil will work? i just dont like the taste of coconut oil: ( also, do you ever freeze your cake layers and only frost them when theyre a bit thawed, or really cold? would you recommend making a simple sugar syrup to soak the cake layers(with no added flavouring)hope its not too many questions, im just so new to baking and ive read somewhere that its easier to do the crumb coat if the cake layers are frozen beforehand. so i really wanted to hear your thought on this because to me you are the best baker out there: )

Hi Emma, you-re the best! I was wondering if you have ever done a video on tempering chocolate? This is something I have always struggled with. My chocolate covered candy never never turns out the way I want it to and I can never leave it out of the fridge without it melting. Please help! Take care!
