This cake looks amazing Emma! I don't know if you can make a cake like this, but here in the states I live around a large Italian population and there are a lot of bakeries that make cannoli cakes. It's like a cannoli but in cake form! They are so delicious! Do you have them in Italy? The one I ate recently had a Swiss meringue buttercream with mini chocolate chips on the outside and a really lovely ricotta based filling and a light fragrant vanilla cake recipe. Would love if you could do your own take on a cannoli cake if you ever get around to it! Best wishes!

I love your cakes and i love how you decorate your cakes! I dont like if a cake is -over decorate- because sometimes i think that cant be tasty. sometimes it looks good but how it taste is more important! And you showed us that it also can look amazing with simple decoration -

I made this recipe yesterday for my moms birthday! She loved it! Honestly thought I bought it! It was so good! Also I couldn-t make the buttercream so I made a whip cream with the orange zest and some orange juice to top off the cake and it was awesome!

Hi emma. tried making the orange creamsicle cake today. loving the flavours. but my i think i may have overwhipped the mascarpone cream. the cream curdled n is not smooth. is there any way i could save it? In case it happens again in the future

I really need to make one of your cakes. I just haven't had a purpose yet. I have made other things including your pumpkin donuts (yummy, rocky road fudge, and a few others. Always beautiful with your decorating.

Hi Emma, my cakes come out thinner yours come out quite thick is there a reason for this? Since I used the exact ingredients. However I noticed your baking pan is deeper than mine. Could that be a reason?
