I have to agree with nina, I lived in Sicily for awhile with my pops and he showed me how they made them. There was meat inside and cheese. I like the concept of making them small. Mine are always pretty large, I didn't think that they were baked just fried.

Not even close to the actual recipe. The guy dipped the arancini in the tomato sauce, instead of filling them with ragu sauce. Disaster!

Dear youtube ad's please make some better filters for them. If I searched for Crescents this would have been a good ad but no I searched for Arancini. An Italian dish. Spelling of both are probably off but o well.

ok! Apparte il fatto che queste cose non hanno niente a che vedere con gli Arancini Siciliani, mi sono veramente meraviliato che gli Americani, con tutta la loro tecnologia, non abbiano neanche una friggitrice del cazzo!

ok this is nothing like how I saw the Italian lady make them. there was meat inside and she didn't bake it. and they were round nice size balls.
