Alioli is not fancy mayo. Like Frank said, is a sauce made in Spain, France, and other med countries, and is just emulsified garlic with olive oil. Nothing more.
The thing is that it is so strong, that it is usually mixed with mayo because not everybody can handle it.
I have never seen yet, a storebought alioli that is not mixed with mayo. Selling genuine alioli is not comercially wise.

Cast iron skillet or grill?
Both!
Get the grill & skillet up to at least 450 degrees and slap your burgers in the skillet.
Way too much smoke to do this indoors, but the burgers come out so damn good.
The same goes for steaks.

Frank seems like the type of guy too yell at his co chefs, and in this video why does the villain from Alice in the wonderland keep plugging her other videos smh

I want to see a high quality production where Frank grows his own cow from its birth, butchers it, and uses the meat for recipes. Lol

Is it weird that I first hated pickles, then liked them later in life, about three times? I am not even kidding, and I still hate pickles.
