Expert chef Rawlston Williams and home cook Gabrielle are swapping materials and hoping for the best! We set Gabrielle up with 107 worth of ingredients and chef Rawlston s recipe before asking her to take a shot at recreating his knockout lobster roll. To lend some guidance, food scientist Rose dialed in for a tutorial teleconference and pep talk. On the other side, chef Rawlston received 15 worth of supplies - not too far off the going rate for your standard summertime lobster roll. But what tricks does he have up his sleeve for improvising his way up to gourmet? Tune in and find out who did the best under these mixed up circumstances! BRANDON: I still want to see the pro cheff cook his own ingredients(like what the pro cheff brought. That can be a better show, audience votes what ingredients the cheff uses live, and skills are put to test. All can see what creativity exudes through.

I live in New England were Lobster is always available, my local super market has a fresh supply a lobster every time, when I go to get my blood work done for my doctor, they asked me, the last time I hate lobster with drawn butter, I tell them, What day of the week is it
The Best expensive lobster meal I had was at the summer shack in Boston Massachusetts, I had the pan fried lobster from Jasper white it was the best thing I ever eaten in my life. Period. !

I was born in Maine so I've eaten hundreds of lobster rolls, the smoked Caribbean lobster roll looked amazing, I always try to keep it simple when making my lobster rolls, using potato rolls and minimal ingredients to highlight the lobster, a great job by both chefs, now I want a roll, next month, my emergency surgery diet doesn't allow it yet, in fact I don't have much of an appetite yet, as I sip hot tea, ouch, rome new york

Some people are terrified about cooking the lobster, it s the simplest thing in the world alive or dead, I prefer them alive and frisky, and I have no problem killing a live one with my bare hands,

Frank isn't here because he's too busy in the ocean diving and catching his own lobster with nothing but his hands and a net he made himself from a tree he planted the day after was born

Isn t Frank an instructor too? Hopefully, he s preparing for a safe semester to teach new chefs!
