Good to hear you are ok, we are in Las Cruces NM and doing ok. We are so spread out here I hope we are spared the worst of this virus. I enjoy your videos and use several of them in my meal prep. I have noticed that flour is one of the things that are sold out along with eggs. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon and we can go to the supermarket or the farmers market and enjoy life again

I could use your help Chef John. My mother told me how she used to binge eat her grandmother's sweet potato biscuits about 80 years ago oh, but she never learned how to make them. So she could not teach me and I want to know how. Can you make them?

Indeed, I never understood why people cannot follow instructions. For sure it is for health safety and just stay home for a few weeks even months what is the problem with that. keep safe thanks for your videos and have a great new week in safety.

Bad time to have hay fever. I've been coughing a lot because of it. As a result, I got moved to a different desk in a more vacant area at work. Always a relief to hear that I'm not the only one.

Glad to know that you don't write down recipes. My moto has always been I never cook the same food twice because i don't have a recipe and I cook with what i have and how I feel

For once I'm actually glad to be stuck in Virginia, and not back in my home state of New York, due to the virus You are probably better off in California also. Stay safe.
