you have delicious recipes, and appreciate your sense of humour. the tomatoes, eggplant, melrose peppers, Scorpion, and Thai dragon peppers grew nice, the new potatoes are still in the ground. Fresh is so good once a year here just outside Chicago to the West. peace and be safe friends

The Italian Restaurant in Sonoma is Mama Tanino's. The chef is Italian (Sicilian, I think, maybe Genovese) regardless he does it all and I think his wife is the hostess. One of the best Bolognese sauces I have ever had. Check it out.

put the top crust on, after you have baked the pie 1/2 way? then top the pie after 15 min. egg wash it so the color will basically match the rest of the pie

Big Boys here, about 2 lbs each. i had to water sometimes twice aday, our temps were 98 - 100. the rump is pretty tough
