Mr. Chef John. tried quite a few of your recipes with great results and I was wondering if have anything with a low sodium diet and for type 2 diabetics. I found out that I also have stage 3 kidney disease and I having a hard time with adjusting my diet and trying to figure out what I can and cannot eat. anything you have or even a little advice to put me on the right track would appreciated and helpful.

Best tomato recipe is simple, in rural Kentucky a vine ripened beef steak tomato eaten with s&p shakers & sprinkled on every bite like an apple( usually 2-4 tomatoes) & they are the size of an apple, btw folks, tomatoes are a fruit & not a vegetable
