Every now and again I just find myself craving that taste of spam. It's a very nostalgic thing, but it rocks me to my core when I feel it and feed it. The advantage of the stuff is that since it keeps 9/10ths of forever, I can just keep a can on hand until the time is right.

Umm. Gordon, in an older scrambled egg instruction video you said do not salt the eggs before they are finished cooking because you'll get something watery. You just broke your own rule You salted the eggs before you got them cooked SMH

Looked like a lot of salt. At least 3 applications of salt i witnessed go into the eggs and not just any salt but extremely powerful tasting sea salt and classic spam is salty on its own. I imagine it being extremely salty.

For cooking over fires like that you should mabey get a good pair of welding gloves for pot holders the kaimens go all the way to elbow and they got extra leather and they don't shrink up as fast
