1/2 tsp (3g) salt
3/4 cup (150g) sugar
lemon zest from a lemon

3/4 cup (170g) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
2 tbsp (30ml) lemon juice
1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, chopped
3. 5 oz (100g) white chocolate chips/chunks
