This looks amazing I have a question about baking cakes in a mini oven. should I use the upper and lower heating elements? because I always have a burnt cake on top when I use both top and bottom heat, or undercooked cake when I use only the bottom one. :S

Am also using top and bottom heating with 180 deg C at middle rack but meringue browned fast and almost burnt which I then lowered temperature to 160 deg C. In the end, meringue out is undercooked and squishy. :( Kindly advise pls.
