The glaze is made using brown sugar, honey and mustard, spiced up with cinnamon and cloves and with a good amount of fresh ginger, creating the best basting glaze you have ever made.
Ingredients
Makes about 7-8 servings
3 pounds (1. 4 kg) boneless cooked ham
Brown Sugar Glaze
1/3 cup (70g) brown sugar
2 tbsp (40g) honey
2 tbsp (30g) Dijon mustard
2 tbsp (30ml) apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp (1g) freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp (1g) cinnamon
1/4 tsp (1g) cloves
pinch of nutmeg
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp (15g) grated ginger
For baking:
1 cup (240ml) hot water
