I would love to see a full-on series. The UK is going BBQ nuts atm. There are so many BBQ groups for the UK popping up daily. I picked up this feed from a weber BBQ forum. I have 2 webers BBQ''s and a Kamado and of all that I have watched this guy has a true passion. Honestly nailed it. My passion for food and cooking has come from Jamie. I can honestly say that. But my recent passion for cooking over charcoal has become a weekend treat. Totally get this guy. Please do much more.

I'm glad you are giving a voice to the people who lost their jobs when your restaurants went under. I hope you do more of that. It's sad but it happens. Be kind to your people.

Looks amazing, but I've always found that any amount of wet reddish in my chicken and I can taste blood which instantly turns me off. Can't get used to it.
