Sponsored by Hotpoint The Happy Pear Twins Stephen and David take a family favourite, add a couple simple twists and create something truly spectacular! The boys Ultimate Veg Lasagne has it all, sweet roasted mediterranean vegetables in a delicious roasted garlic and sun-dried tomato sauce, velvety smooth and creamy b chamel, and gorgeous soft pasta layers. What more could you want, other than seeing it all in 2k high definition. Guess the Happy Pear round to wash the dishes after would be nice.

I gave this recipe a try even the information it s not so complete such as how long to roast to cook the sauce and so on, too much slow motion lali lali. I m too amateur those who need the details, but It is taste sooooo good! But mine is too watery. I love the taste and the mix if veggies flav is the best! Ini ala2 chefnya ganteng2 bgt juga enggak kayak lg video iklan majalah apose gt.

Love to see you guys on Food Tube, but I wish you'd kept your usual enthusiasm and energy! Also a little bummed you guys didn't opt for one of your ROCKIN vegan recipes! Tim can't be the only vegan cook on here. Still stoked for you though. Much love, and can't wait for the next Happy Pear vid: )

I have made this lasagne several times now and I love it! It is the best veggie lasagne ever, every time I make it it goes faster than the meat lasagne. Love the video and the format, not sure why all the comments relating to slo mo etc, keep it up Happy Pear

I didn't enjoy the jazzed up version of this video. I like the traditional videos the boys do. I'm a huge fan of theirs and think they're entertaining. All the super closeup-slow-mo shots were odd. Lasagne looked amazing though and I'll be trying it out

Ok, I tried my best to follow the recipy, but I don't know if it's farhenheit or Cielsus degrees, I don't know about any cooking time, I don't know if I need to cook the lasagna sheets before. Quite disapointing for a Jamie Oliver video.

I was eager to try this until I realized there is no instructions on what temp and how long to cook the vegetables and then the lasagna itself. Maybe spend less time trying to look good and more time actually giving useful information.

I've understood vegetarians or vegans apart from them becoming one just Purley for attention and reaction from people. But this dish actually looks delicious! ( some sneaky bits of bacon wouldn't go a miss tho lol )

Does anyone know where to get a written out/printable version of this recipe? I looked for it online but couldn't find it anywhere. I primarily want to know the quantities of the ingredients. Thanks in advance!

Wow this looks delicious! I'm definitely making this tonight. The roasted veg is making my mouth water. I've always made bechamel the Chef John way - hot roux + cold milk = no lumps. Thanks for this recipe: )
