Georgie from Jamie Oliver's Food Team shows you how to get the most out of your festive fowl. Bodybuilder: Great video. If I was a nazi health inspector I would have negative things to say like many others do. But I like cooking and I like Jamies food team (except the bald guy) and I'm watching to learn every method there is cooking goose.

Hi Jamie My Nan was an amazing cook like you. Please show her gravy technique as it is great tasting and brilliant for kids that do not like vegetables. She used to blend vegetables (roast potatoes etc) for the gravy and my daughter loves it. I cheat and use Bisto with the blended vegetables, but I am sure you could put together a video creating this gravy from scratch like Nan used to and give my lovely Nan a mention (Sybil) Miss her so much. Everytime I make her gravy I think of her!

All I could think of was contamination when I watch this did you all notice how many things she touched after she touch the goose and did not wash her hands her whole kitchen is probably filled with salmonella oh my God

this video was helpful to me. It is actually quite simple to cook and has lots of flavour without seasoning. I just put salt, pepper and cinnamon. I put potatoes in the bottom tray and they were crispy and golden

Oh for goodness sake everyone - Jamie can't do everything and there is nothing wrong with watching his interns ( for want of a better description ) giving advice if it is what he would have suggested himself.

I make just like this too, but I add smashed garlic, whole onions inside it, some vinegar or lemon juice, pepper, honey and wine. and of course rosmarin, butter, salt.
