Some of the best chefs on YouTube, and incredibly humble too. I met the Sorted guys in London last year and they're just awesome guys who cook great food (this dish is no exception, that looks delicious.

sadly we don't have orzo here. i wonder if i could use a smallish pasta (like soup stars or something) and try and get a similar result. (the shapes we get here go about as small as a pinky nail)

I hate it when people try so hard to be funny and they totally are not. ruins the whole video. It would have been so much better if they had not tried so hard.
