Completely with you there. Especially the school system. It's a hard fight but there are at least organizations popping up everywhere to fight the good fight. That's why I joined organization I'm with and we're in schools doing what we can!

he calls it kebab coz many people know its kofta and a lot of people dont know its kofta so he calls it kebab thats nonsense if its kofta u call it kofta. i'm not above Jamie but i'm from the middle east and thats how we call it here.

I agree with you. In the long term, original name will be disappeared if they start to use other names just to get the audience. If it is Kofta, then it should be called as it is.
