Favorite band? Warren Zevon! No question. One of the most talented and under appreciated musicians of all time! Why he isn't in the rock and roll hall of fame is beyond me. I cooked this today. It was good, but I can't say I was blown away. the cinnamon taste was a bit too much, and the chopped tomatoes are quite watery, I would recommend sieved tomatoes instead. The whole thing was too much on the acidic side and it was lacking some foundation. I will try to cook it again next week.

Ay Dj BBQ You listen to any of the newer thrash stuff? Municipal Waste, Evile, Havok? Or Death metal stuff? Also, I'm thinking of making a slow cooked version of this recipe with Lamb necks, as Ox Tail prices went through the damn roof recently. 17 Australian a kilogram. Naaaaaaaaaaah
