Love it! This is when cooking is at it's most fun and interesting -- when you feel creative and try something new and are optimistic and willing to learn. Even if it isn't great, it usually isn't so bad you wouldn't eat it, and either way, you learn by doing.

I find it so coincidental how he had to boil two eggs to get two yolks yet the egg for the egg dip had two yolks inside already. He must have been thinking Oh darn I should have boiled this egg instead!
