I slice brussel sprouts in half, toss them with extra virgin olive oi and coarse salt, then arrange them cut side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast in a 375F oven until tender, caramelized and few charred marks. sooo good my son eats them out of a bowl like popcorn. Don't remember where I learned to do that - probably from you Jamie!

This is going to be the 3rd year we've had these for christmas, just watching again to refresh my memory. We still call them Gennaro's sprouts - definitely my favourite part of christmas dinner! _
