we do this dish in real life. well, i hoped that you are not only a virtual fantasy figure, gennaro. one day, when i am REALLY rich, like REALLY, i will hire gennaro and will tell him EVERY food i do not like (pumpkin is among those) and make him cook recipes ONLY about that food - i am 100 % sure i will LOVE all of it after that.

Working with him must be hell. This is fun for 5 minute video segments on the internet where you can turn down the volume, but imagin cooking a whole day in a kitchen together with him and with that level of enthusiasm, shouting and overacting. - that gets old really quickly.

It would be nice to have information on how Gennaro prepared the pumpkin for this dish, because it does not seem to be raw. The rest of it looks delicious though! Will try it soon: )

I'm in love with this dish. cooked it today and must say. That tasted really good. perfect combination and easy to make. But it still took me more than 4 minutes; -)

This is extremely unhealthy. First, too much oil. Then too much Panchetta and then too much Parmesan. This probably has more fat than a McDonalds Big Mac.
