Loooved this. This whole series is brilliant. Whenever I feel bored with making meal plans and feel like eating super unhealthy I come on here and I'm excited about good proper food again. Thanks for all your hard work. It's really making a difference for me, my guy and my kids especially. And happy birthday Buddy! :)

just ordered your book: ) I'm so happy I've been in a bad diet lifestyle for about two years now and nearly put on about 70 pounds plus with my wife having diabetes I hope this book will help us both she doesn't have to be insulin dependent, can't wait till it gets here time for a new start

For all the people who argue eating animal protein like fish vs eating just vegan or vegetarian: Give Jamie credit for getting the message out about all the sugar and proessed crap most people are eating. Love your way of eating these days. I am big fan.

Mackerel is not so easy to get a hold of fresh over here, so I've never tried it. I'll keep my eyes open. Love the ending of the video! Suit didn't look very comfortable. What a good dad!
