I think instead of watching onions and squash being put into a pan, it would've been more interesting to see how the patties were made, the buns, the coleslaw, all the little details that, with enough love put into them, make the difference between a good burger and a really awesome burger. You could've still showed a quick montage of the sauce.

I love watching him but it really annoyed me that he kept taking the pan of the heat I was like no keep in on the heat Genaro. Also the metal tongs on his bro Jamie's dodgy T- FAL concerned me too.
