I've just started filming the new series of my TV show Friday Night Feasts - it's going to be brilliant! And I also caught up with Robin, my head chef at Fifteen about Swedish food. And being naked. 'nuff said. What can YOU tell me about Sweden guys? For those who don't know the other 'Swedish Chef'. take a look at this

Swedish vegedishes: they try to keep the original flavor so it wont be very salty. Fresh ecological salad dishes are always very tasty. Tofu starts to become popular recently. Mushroom soup (with your own hand-picked mushrooms, boiled in the cream and a little bit soya sauce) is also nice. :-)

What's the most popular meats? (in Sweden) Um. lamb, beef. chicken Most Swedes don't eat lamb on a regular basis! xD I'd rank our most popular meats in this order: beef chicken pork fish polar bear lamb And vegan food being slightly more popular than lamb.

If anyone has any questions about Sweden, I could answer your questions too. I'm great at the political aspect of things. Food? Not so much. I used to be good at that too, but after too much of people trying to tell me what to do, I lost my spark.

Been to Stockholm, was great, one of the most beautiful places I've been to, the weather was great at the time and they had the hot air balloons out which could be seen through the bridges surrounding the city. Ps. The saunas are great too

Lovinf daily Jamie and would like to know if you could collaborate and show us how to make authentic Swedish dishes at home. Perhaps a series including a starter, side, main, dessert and beverage. Just a suggestion, much love xx

I'm going to Sweden for midsummer next year. I'm hitting up Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo on my travels. Any recommendations for sight seeing / interesting things around or on the route to those places?

For some reason it amazes me that the head chef can reach that top shelf of spices. I hear swedes eat a lot of dairy products to become tall. Is that true? If not, how come you guys are so tall?

Ha ha! I like countries starting with S. Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia. Why not? Oh! I love cooking too. Once in a kitchen, at 5 am in the morning. I forget about hating my life waking up, to get to it. :(

i think swedish food is healthy and like in England, you can find ingredients to cook almost whatever you like, well for an extra price. I have been living in Sweden for 6 years and I love it!
