Very nice recipes friend, i like really hot/sweet mustard drizzled on my lamb shanks with every bite, delicious, mushrooms looked great also, i like to drizzle Lea & Perrin worstcheshire sauce on them & sometimes a sprinkle of Lawry's garlic salt( Lea & Perrin, & Lawry's brands only) also delicious.

If you are spanish and just came here to moan about a recipe. please, do not embarras yourself, be more open minded, do us a favour. Been born in Spain does not give you/us a trade mark over paella or anything really, apart from corruption and roundabouts.

It's pronounced PAELLA, the double L is pronounced like the Y in Yet It's not the traditional paella but it looks quite good and you already have the traditional version in one of Omar's videos

The paella is very far from authentic but the most authentic thing he did was eat it from a pan with a spoon. That how its done in the valencian household for Sunday lunch
