I think I missed the call of him. Atleast I got a call from Great Britain that very day back in August and I'm german, so I'd never get a call from there. So I guess I missed the very call, too bad. Great video, though; )

Jamie, when you add a pinch of salt or pepper, it's from a ramekin or something; how sanitary is that in a personal kitchen? If I left my salt out in a ramekin would it be ok?
