The Brilliant Bart is back and this time he is in Nusfjord in Norway to cook up some super fresh, sustainably sourced cod. It might be snowing but this dish is sure to warm you up. Served with a simple Ratatouille this flavour packed dish will really hit the spot. To catch more of Bart s incredible recipes

Would love if you could provide more (critical) information on the food you use in the videos, e. g. the sustainability of cod fishing or the difference between different types of fish when it comes to preparig them

Why didn't you just start by cooking the onion and then add the peppers (I always put those two in at the same time though, they take about the same amount of time to soften) and other veg?

Really nice how Bart is using snow to use if for blanching: ) Also. that trick with the cross cutting the tomatoes will come handy. Thanks for that great video! Food looks amazing as usual.

Hi there! Any ideas as to what I could substitute the eggplant/aubergine with? I'm cooking for my parents and unfortunately they're not fans of it. Appreciate any suggestions!

So you use the most deliciuos, local and sustainable cod and then you pair it with peppers, eggplant and zucchini? Those sure grow very well in the norwegian winter!

don't know how this tastes. but by the cooking ingredients alone. it looks mighty bland. also the summer vegetables are lacking colour. is it because of the cold?
