good tip for making the rolls: add each filling in segments (add noodles then roll a little, add herbs and roll a little more, then shrimps at the end for the final roll. this will not only allow the roll to look more uniform, it will hold better when eating and looks more aesthetically pleasing. Also for the sauce, add about 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter, you'll thank me later. I'm not trying to be pretentious, I've made thousands of spring rolls when I used to work at a mom and pop Viet restaurant. Hope this helps!

Love you. So nice, Vietnamese food is really so tasty and wonderful. My wife and I enjoy it so much. I'd love to learn about more kinds of Vietnamese rolls and dipping sauces. Of course, in good combinations. You have a wonderful speaking voice, and you make me feel at peace with you and able to fully enjoy the recipe. Well done. Sincerely, Scott.

Thank you SO MUCH for including a dipping sauce that doesn't contain peanut butter! I don't understand why so many people think these are served with a peanut butter based sauce. When I order these (in the States, anyway) I immediately throw out the sauce they give you. It's never right. Good job!

We don't have hardly any Vietnamese community where I'm from, so I'm very unfamiliar with Vietnamese food. I'd love to see anything that's unique to your cuisine, or that gives a Vietnamese twist on Asian dishes I might already know. Good luck!

Whenever I make it I serve it with a somewhat similar hoisin based sauce but instead of using vinegar I use peanut butter and thin it out with milk or coconut milk, with a spritz of lime in the serving bowl. It makes a sort of peanut satay sauce

Can you make vietnamese crispy spring rolls with the sweet, garlicky vinegar dipping sauce? Then the dish fresh vermicelli bowl with salad greens, grilled pork and spring rolls. I believe the dish is called bun thit nuong.

I like it where I can see the sizes and all those amounts of everything she use. I like to watch piles of crushed nuts and all details on food somebody cooking and do not get proper instructions to get things done. very good video. what?

If someone does not like coriander what does that someone do: ) every dish that I like has coriander in it and I just can't eat it, I'm jealous of people who loves it. can I just substitute with parsley. (I know. very different flavours)
